In 1971, Andrómaco developed its proprietary formula of zinc oxide, designed to treat and prevent diaper rash as well as minor skin irritations, and named it Pasta de Lassar Andrómaco.

The inactive ingredients
Pasta de Lassar Andrómaco contains Lanolin, Solid Petroleum Jelly, and starch.
- Lanolin: A skin protectant that provides a protective barrier which seals out wetness and other irritants from sensitive or damaged skin. Lanolin is also an emollient which helps maintain the soft, smooth, and pliable appearance of the skin by increasing its hydration (water content) by reducing evaporation.
- Solid Petroleum Jelly: Petroleum jelly is a semi-solid mixture of hydrocarbons which helps accelerate healing through its sealing effect which inhibits infection and keeps the diaper rash area supple by preventing the skin's moisture from evaporating.
Precautions
- Pasta de Lassar Andrómaco is only for external use and it is important to avoid contact with the eyes.

How to Use
